4 week Pregnancy Yoga course with Jessie-May
Our supportive, nurturing and relaxed classes are designed especially for you during this special time. At 12 weeks, whether you already have a practice or are totally new to yoga, you are welcome.
We will move safely and gently through yoga postures to increase strength and flexibility along with mindfulness practices breathing and relaxation techniques for your birthing experience and beyond with baby. Book your space and join us to share this incredible journey with other mummy-to-bes.

Introduction to Mindfulness
Feeling overwhelmed and stressed is a common reaction to life events and this Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop is designed to look at look at new ways to better meet the challenges and demands of every day life. We will be combining meditation exercises with an overview of the theory behind how the practice of mindfulness leads to a decrease in stress and anxiety and an increase in overall emotional well-being.
You will leave us with a better understanding of what mindfulness is and practical tools that take no time from your day but can be incorporated into your everyday life. It’s also an opportunity to relax and reconnect in our beautiful new studio in the heart of Billericay. You can attend this workshop as a one off event or sign up for the early bird saving for the Mindfulness course starting in September 2019 - dates to be announced.

Monthly Relax & Restore with Nathalie
What could be better than an alternative Friday-night-out involving a blissful 90 minutes of time out - for grown ups! We have created these sessions to provide space and time for you to rebalance for the weekend - and month - ahead.
And what could be better than a beautiful heart centred mindful flow surrounded by candles and followed with a blissful extended guided relaxation practice. Nathalie is also qualified reiki practitioner and will provide elements of healing throughout your practices.
There will be delicious complimentary herbal teas and water to keep your body hydrated and we are sure you will leave us feeling restored and renewed.
