* As well as improved strength, flexibility, improvement with posture, our classes & workshops can help transform people to live with more peace of mind, less anxiety & a calmer way of dealing with the demands of modern-day life. * Because we have such a highly experienced & passionate team of yoga teachers and therapists, we can offer a range of classes from more restorative styles of yoga, mat based Pilates for All Levels and classes which will explore your practice and the more dynamic classes where you can really work the physical.
TOP TIPS FOR YOUR YOGA CLASS
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. The door is locked once the class starts and our teachers do have the right to refuse entry after the classes have started to protect the safety of their students and the integrity of the class.
Please remove all footwear when entering the studio - we normally practice in bare feet. Our classes are non-competitive & encourage a compassionate practice to ourselves & others. Please respect your body & your limits. Your body & mind will change continuously throughout the day; so listen to how you feel and practice appropriately.
Please let your teacher know of any health issues or injuries and always respect the instruction of your teacher. We are here for you. Please switch off your phones during a class.
Refrain from eating 2 hours before practicing and ensure you keep hydrated after your practice.
Most of all - enjoy! This is your time to connect and heal.
